TOC in healthcare: Andrew Kent

I�ve spent a fascinating 70 minutes this evening chatting with Andrew Kent about his work using Goldratt�s and Deming�s work in healthcare here in the UK.

This might sound implausible â�¦ but Andrew makes statistical process control sound interesting and relevant.  He also gives a lovely example of SPC during our chat â�� using SPC to make a better cup of tea - and he discusses TOC in a way I've not heard before.  Very clever chap.
